We've done some clean-up work
We've done some clean-up work related to cleaning out inactive accounts from our website & API provisioning backend so it's possible that your account was incorrectly affected -- we'll take a look at this.  Our apologies for the inconvenience!

Has your account been
Has your account been inactive for a few months? There was a clean up of accounts that could have removed you from the backend if the account has not had any recent activity.

I suspect your key/account
I suspect your key/account has been inactive for a long time and was removed. If there is no green Create a New App button on the Keys & Reporting page you can create a new login and key.

You can create a new key since the old one was probably deleted due to inactivity.

If you keep getting this error, try creating a new login for the Developer Network. There were several backend accounts deleted due to inactivity and this is probably the case here.

Same message on new account

I have just created a new account and get "You do not have a Mint-enabled account. Please contact your administrator." every time I log in.

MQBrianCoakley
Were there any error messages
Were there any error messages when signing up for the new account, like "an account already exists" or "a key could not be created"?   The account partially exists but it's incomplete.

Get the "not mint-enabled" error

My account was dormant for quite a while and I've encounted the "Mint" error. Can this account be fixed or should I create a new one?

MQBrianCoakley
If it has been over a year
If it has been over a year since the account was used then all or part of the account was probably deleted. Go ahead and create a new account - this is the best path.

Same Here - Not a Mint-enabled Account

From scanning the forum, I see that this is because I haven't been on in a while. I received an e-mail today about the Static Map v5 endpoint and wanted to check it out to see if it addressed some concerns my users have  with MapQuest integration in our apps. I logged in but got an error page and when I clicked on the back button, it showed me logged in but with the "not Mint-enabled" banner. I saw the replies about creating a new account but need to use my existing mail address from my employer.

Any chance of getting this tweaked so i can get logged back in to generate a new app key?

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately there is no tweaking. We can remove your old account and you can create a new one with the same email. Confirm that's ok and we can get the ball rolling.

Hi Brian,

Please mint-enable my account.  I go by toml709 and my email is toml709@gmail.com.  I've been inactive for a number of years.  I'm an employee of Sextant, LLC if that makes a difference.

Thanks,

You do not have a Mint-enabled account Error

I’m getting the same error “You do not have a Mint-enabled account”. I created the account a while back but never get around to using it.

Can you either fix the error or remove my account so I can register again with the same email?
