We've been a MapQuest client for a few months now, and we have a new credit card. I've updated the credit card on file, and I've emailed 'email@example.com' requesting that they run the credit card to pay our outstanding balance. That was 5 days ago. We've emailed almost daily requesting an update to our account.
How do the rest of you guys deal with their payment process? I'm chasing them to pay a bill, and no one there seems to care.
